Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Other products that cannot be returned:
* Gift Cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain cases where only partial repayments are made: (if applicable)
* Book with clear signs of use
* Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record.
* Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
* Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery

Reimbursements 
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or incomplete refunds 
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially registered.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is issued.

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver later placed the order that was sent to them to order, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must request it to the following address: lumi.flake1@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
